    Antenna work and truck pics

I needed to re-do the mast for my TV antenna, I stick the crane boom up there to tie a saftey line to while I am horsing this thing around. The mast telescpoes for service somewhat but I took it apart and laid it on the roof and slid another pipe inside of the old one to strengthen the joint which was an EMT coupling. I was a little worried it would come apart in the wind.

I was just about to say that... You can afford all those welders, huge shop, but no satellite.. Oh well, I guess I would rather a nice new welder than a couple years satellite TV...

Yes, its a midliner, I have posted it here before but there are a lot of new people all the time. I am going to service and paint the crane this winter, its the only thing I didnt fully service on the truck. We put another cab on it, did the whole deal, about 3 months to fix it right up.

i dont know which is better

having a dish on the roof and no TV in storms

    or digital cable(what i have)

somtimes late ot night the cable will cut out for up to 10 minutes
and i have 1 cable line going into my house running 4 TVs and 6 computers

this slows down the load speed for the cable but i plan on getting a signal amp.
