OK it's done. (except I ran out of paint...dang it)
I sent a few days "tuning" the heat distribution and fighting in-accurate thermometers but I did my first Rib burn yesterday (Friday). I learned a lot from it but mainly that I have a lot to learn. Being the "Budweiser class" social butterfly that I am, this BBQ will be the center piece of many a fine shindigs.
This has been a GREAT welding project. More fun than building and testing shooting targets. Anyway, here is a final picture plus a very dangerous picture. Look at it at your own risk.
