I unboxed my HH 210 and noticed the cord is kind of short...not a big deal, but the gas line is also kind of short too. I put my big 300 cu ft bottle of C25 on the back of the Miller Syncrowave 250 for safe keeping but will need a longer hose. I called the LWS and they don't have 3/16" hose and said for inert gas I could use regular rubber emissions hose or what I could get at the local auto parts store. Is that ok? The hose looks like regular emissions hose and it will be for inert gas. Just checking....
Thanks,
schemer

That is what my Millers have just black braided hose.

It's BETTER grade than some of the pre-crimped commercial inert gas hose I've seen, and more damage-resistant. I maintain lots of TIG rigs and would use emissions hose without hesitation.
BTW I like reusable hose clamps instead of crimped ferrules because they allow for easy re-use.

Ok thanks,
I took the numbers off the hose and they are SAE-30R7 which is listed as a low pressure fuel hose up to 50 psi so I am just going to get some fuel line as it is probably the same stuff.
Thanks,

Yep, 30R7 is plain old fuel hose for carburated applications. EFI hose is 30R9 and 30R10 (for inside fuel tank).

I just use 3/16 or 1/4 Oxy hose on my remote feeders. Works like a champ and the LWS ALWAYS has that.
