What kind of results can you get with doing 16g S.S. with the 135 ?

Using tri-mix gas you will need to use anti-spatter spray on the ares adjoining the joint. SS spatter is real had to get off. I have used only steel wire, Brian since my application didn't need to be non rusting. C-25 gas with steel wire. A lot depends on your application, as you know.

Well I have the machine and im not opposed to getting a spool of stainless and changing the liner and renting a bottle but it the end result HAS to be good. I do have access to a Tig welder but it would also be nice to have a dedicated machine at the shop to do Stainless.
Does anyone have pictures of Stainless done with a HH135 ?

Arcdawg You will not be sorry for setting up a mig for stainless only. I have a 130XP it has tasted nothing but stainless and I bought it new back in 2001. It puts out perfect welds I had 308 and 316 in it .30 and .25 using tri-mix. Sorry I have no photos but I will look.
