Global Warming....Thanks Al Gore!

Hey guys,
Here'a some pics of this past weekend with global warming. Just got this cleaned up a bit to get in & out for now. My mobile unit is buried, so no road jobs for a while. We got 20" here East of Pgh. where I live & looks like starting tomorrow, another 6-8" to look forward to. I saw other states/areas east of me got up to 3'..... NOT FUNNY AL GORE!!!!!

Hey guys,
Yeah, I can understand your choice to be in a warmer climate. It doesn't bother me..... I'm quite self-sufficient. Got my (3) deer again this year & the garden was superb.....I just hibernate. Got a generator downstairs & 100 gal of fuel, lotsa canned stuff, good supply of DiGiorno pizzas, so I really don't have any concerns. The snow plow guys are keeping me busy fixin' their "over extended" equipment damage.... gotta love it.

I guess I should post a picture looking out my window. It's the middle of Feb and I'd be hard pressed to find enough snow to fill a 5gal pail in our whole county here in Eastern Ontario. Send some of that white stuff up here to Canada. You can keep Al Gore though.

Snow has been practically none existent here in Southern Ontario. We have a bit of a storm coming in today.

Al Gore...he's the one that created the internet! What do we expect? Jesse Ventura has a show called "Conspiracy Theory" , and one episode he explained the Global Warming Conspiracy...made ya think. Also the guy who started the Weather Channel is a meteorologist herein our town...John Coleman, of KUSI, San Diego...he has also debunked the global warming garbage...he said he kept reading what the scientists were saying about it, but at the time, no meteorologists had anything to say about it, so he did an in depth study of it. Wouldn't common sense dictate that a meteorologist would have a better qualified tale to tell? Food for thought.

We just had 6 " of snow here this week.
I don't believe Al Gore had a thing to do with it!
The NEW ORLEANS SAINTS just won the Super Bowl,
and it common knowledge that when they did that,
**** would freeze over. ... It just did!

Hmmm, it snowed so global warming isn't real? OK. Oh look, the sun is not shinning.... Oh my god, the sun must have gone out. We are to live in total darkness. This has been brought to you by people who see right now and not the trend over the last century. Just remember, the sun will rise tomorrow. Just like the earth's climate has followed the level of carbon in the air. Guess what, carbon is off the chart now. Do you really think this planet will suddenly act any different than it has every time carbon has risen in the past?

I fully understand that the earths climates are cyclical. I am also not foolish enough to think that the crap we spew into the air in the name of energy has anything but a bad effect upon it either.

I wouldn't be quite so skeptical about the whole global warming thingy...IF the scientists weren't skewing the results of actual data and IF people like Gore and some of those directing that data weren't making a ****load of bucks off the whole thing. I heard a bit about Congress calling Gore out on the carpet for his profitable part in this mess. Nobody amasses as much wealth as he has in such a short period of time without doing something corrupt.

The USA probably isn't the biggest offender anymore....We don't manufacture much anymore... BUT China,India and others are running full steam ahead and don't even expect any of the biggest offenders to cut back on anything....

It may be warming up...but it's doubtful anything will ever be done to reverse or control the process...other than to rim-wreck what little is still left of our economy..... Most of us will never see the meltdown if it happens... Those in the NE & a lot of the South think the whole thing is being highlighted by the continual snow storms sweeping across the US this year right after the Global Warming party in Denmark...;)

Does anyone actually think anything will every be accomplished to reverse any of this?:confused: We'll run out of fuel first & that will really cause a mess. The world should have converted to solar & wind power 40 years ago...imagine the carbon credits that could have been saved by now.

If they get serious about energy...that's where they need to start...simple and it actually works with the current knowledge....but they'll continue to try to develop a non-functional car like it's the Holy Grail.

Develop Electrical production from the free stuff...then get electric cars you can actually plug into the grid and use for next to nothing...... OH! That's right they can't make money off cars that don't use petro,oil,diesel or all those spare parts that electric cars DON"T need...and that's why things aren't going to change...Lip service doesn't translate into actual facts when it cuts into the bottom line....It's called BS.
