AirGas billing

Has anyone had any problems with AIRGAS? In regard to the cents per day rental.
When I rented my Oxy/Ace they told me it was 15 cents per day..I got a bill today showing 45 cents per day...

We pay 16 cents per day (per tank) for some mid-sized O/A tanks at the local Arcet.
