I've lost My Patience with this redi lite problem. Air in is 120 psi , changed out all consumable head parts, installed new internal air filter.
Can I ship this back to H THERM N. H. for repair?

I doubt it will help if you've re-installed new consumables, but go back in and check to be absolutely sure they are in the proper order, or a mix and match of electrodes, cups, etc. The Power Max 900 I have is a darned finicky machine about the proper order of those consumable parts...and they do mix and match too easily as well as get out of being installed in the proper order. I've sat down puzzling it through for 15-20 minutes at a time before smackin' myself on the head after finding one nitpicking part out of synx.

Have you spoken directly with the tech service group at Hypertherm? It does not sound like an air pressure related problem to me....could be the torch parts in place sensor microswitch. The tech service staff handles calls like this every day....I am quite sure they will steer you in the right direction for the correct fix. Here is contact info:

Pressure regulator. Under warantee. Wouldn't take the $ 50.00 or a nickle
