I have been asked to TIG 304SS swagelok fittings to 70/30 NiCu

What filler should I use???

Im pretty sure when I was in the Navy we used RN-82 but am not sure. Most high Nickel Alloys 65% or more will "stick it together". However use of a qualified and tested WPS is suggested for anything that failure could cause damage is suggested.

If its anything that holds pressure and is subjected to high chlorides problems may result in the stainless in the future.

Your memory is correct, A call to the Esab 1 800 number technicians Agreed though they called it ARCALOY ER82, I found the crossreference easily.

and it is subjected to saltwater only, and a bit of vaccum actually about 15 Hg so it should be fine, much better then the Silver braze that is currently being used, and failing almost monthly
