Since others have posted their carts, I thought I might as well here, too. Lots of great ideas from everyone, too!
Here's mine:

Nice job Noah.
I like the looks of the general concept you have there. Do the little cracks give you any troubles when wheeling your cart?

Sure, with those tiny wheels! They were some I've had for a while, so I decided to use them anyway. I'll be using the cart mostly at work where the floor is nice and smooth. Who knows? I may find a great deal on some other wheels and retrofit someday! :D

In my experience you can never keep air in the tires. I don't think I've ever had a garden cart, wheelbarrow, or hand truck that didn't fight with me. Unless you can find an 8 or 10 inch tire that's actually decent I wouldn't mess with air. Besides I really doubt that cart is going to be moving very far or fast. Neat little cart I might add.

Flux core for now, but gas later. I already have access to a small bottle of 75/25 that I could use. It should fit neatly in the rear of the cart. I'll have to rig up a retainer for the bottle, of course.

I decided I needed a "bin" to put brushes and pliers into. So...I made a brush bin. I had much greater success welding the thin metal by these short "bursts" to "spot weld" it together, so to speak. Later, I'll paint it black and attach it to the side of my cart.

The cart looks nice but I would move the tray to the other side. It is nice to be able to open the door on the weldor to check the chart and with the tray where it is you can't open the door without taking the stuff out of the tray.

It's hard to see in this picture, but there are two 6" tall cable organizers on the other side - one with the gun holster attached. It was this side or nowhere. Besides, it's not a huge problem to unload since I don't have to go into that area very often. I should probably add that I have the chart printed out to use elsewhere.
