The guy bought it in Zimbabwe, US would not allow import, so he shipped it to Canada, now is struggling to get it titled here. Its a 1979, has AC/ cruise, etc.

Looks like a fairly run of the mill FJ45 Foot. Anything special on it to preclude tagging it here? I've got an '81 bobtail FJ40 and have to tell you there is a mess of pollution control stuff under the hood.

That happens with Land rover defenders also.The USA will not allow you to import some models from some places.Even if he did get it tagged some how he can still lose it.They mean NO!lol
