My Lincoln 400AS decided to quit on me today. It only shows about 2 volts on the main output. Yet the exciteris putting out over 200vdc which seems a bit high although if the shunt field was high resistance this could happen. The shunt fields measure 38 ohms does anybody know if this is correct
