I finally got around to building a stand to get my bandsaw up tall enough to work with my pipe stands. Also completed a couple of other mods in the process

That's great! I like the way you rigged the switch. Much better than the OEM version. I'm going to have to get busy and keep up!

Impressive setup, great work. Can you give us any details on your cooling fluid setup, it looks neat??

The coolant pump is a Harbor Freight item. In order to accommodate it, I made the shelf to hold the pump and the pan under the saw with the drain back into the pump resivoir. I decided to use the magnetic mount coolant nozzle because it can easily be used on the drill press when I need it there. I did end up making a bracket to clamp that magnet to the saw, but it is still just one bolt to move the nozzle to the drill press. Actually I did eliminate the magnet on the light, it tended to fall off too often. Seems like that saw is only slightly magnetic..........LOL

Thanks for the info. I've got a couple of questions:
Is the H.F. pump from one of their parts washers or did it come out of another piece of equipment?
Where did you find the magnetic mount nozzle or did you make it yourself?
What are all the other lines running down the machine? The pic's are not too clear.
Thanks again,
Mike
