I had my 210 mounted on the bed of the truck, but found myself needing it less in the field and more in the shop. Occasionally, I do need to transport it, though, and got tired of loading it up in a trailer or on the back of the truck. So I built this little dual purpose trailer/cart setup. The tongue detaches just in front of the welder when the unit is in the shop, and with the single rear wheel, it is not too wide to be a useful shop cart. It looks like the caster wheels are touching the ground, but they ride about 6" above the ground on the low hitch setting. If I flip the hitch over, I get about 8" clearance. The hitch only allows side to side and up and down movement, no rotation. The tank is not installed in these pics, as I had just gotten back from a high-speed test run:rolleyes: (about 55mph) I plan on building a more robust tank holder with dual ratchet straps for road travel...until then, I just carry the tank in the truck for transport.
