Registration Will Not Accept Serial #

I've been trying to Register my new Handler 140 however the site will not accept my serial number as a legitimate serial number. I am using the serial number on the back of the welder which matches the number on the peel away sticker that was attached to the original box.

Any suggestions ?

I called them and it turns out that the machine was only built on 10/20 and the ser # didn't make their system yet.
