I tried to reg on line with the e-mail address that was on the reg papers and it brings me up to a site for domains reg.I would rather reg by e-mail as i live in a rual area and don't trust the mail.Could someone help me?My e-mail starts with the letter ooo not zeros.

Well, OK, since I"m not sure exactly what steps you're following, let's start from scratch...
You can't point a web browser to an email address, so if you're actually trying to do that with an email address from the paperwork, then that's not going to work.
Go to the top of this page, pull down "Service and Support" and select "Product Registration." Fill out the form there and click "proceed to step 2." That should work for you. If not, then there's a hiccup somewhere in Hobart's html, or the DNS server has a problem which is usually temporary. I registered my Handler online without any problems, so I know it can be done. In fact, most stuff if I can't do it online lately, it doesn't get done. I haven't seen a postage stamp in probably two years!
