I have a Titan Vaper flux core wire welder that needs a new liner. Are there universal liners? I can't find parts for this welder anywhere, including Pep Boys, which is where i bought it. If I have to replace the entire torch, I'd rather just buy a new welder than invest that much into this unit.

I think I've seen a few of those Vaper wire welders on ebay lately for sale and perhaps the sellers could direct you to replacement parts.
Here you go---Ebay items 250271136986 & 130239034672
They look like the units sold by Harbor Freight, but maybe not. Hope that helps..

Some liners will work with more than one gun, but my guess is that particular machine is off-brand all the way.
I'd pull the liner and go to youe LWS with it and see what you can match it with. The hard part will be the collet for the back end. If you have a collet that is reuseable, you should be able to use any liner that is long enough.

i recently signed up for weld talk hoping someone out there could help me  i have a lincoln 255 mig.....and i bought a hobart sp-10 spool gun for aluminum.it has a cv-2 control for constant voltage power source. my question is.......how do i wire the 5 pin plug to my machine?? i have the access panel , not the actual plug on my machine so i am assuming i will have to cut the metal plug off and ,wire it direct . but what wires go where? i would appreciate any help at all !!?? thanks:cool::cool::cool:
