any opinion on these,40 amps,as i could get one for 699 and another 15% off anybody try one or have any good or feed back on them,are they worth a try for $600 or keep my initial plan of saving and buying a esab 380?any feed back would be appreciated.thanks

if you're in the contiguous, Cyberweld.com has ThermalDynamic 39's for 999bux, free shipping. the TD BLUE series are the cats t!ts. prolly the best unit out at this point, and in no way shape or form comparable to an import. save, buy, enjoy (the unit, the service, the availability of parts).
