need help if any one could tell me. My welder runs but dont weld. Before it done this I was welding 1/2 steal plate. I shut it down for about 5min started it and it smoked from around were the welder bolts to the motor . Now I dont get any power to the leads or the generator a total lose of power. Just before shut down the motor luged down then came back. Please help me to fix this problem .

If you think you saw smoke from the generator area, I would suggest taking it to your local authorized repair center for a closer look.

I bet we have a shorted connector, like the man says, especially if this is under warranty.

did you get this problem fixed yet i have exact same issue
