My sample plasma starts
At the shop last night cutting .125" steel (11 gage). New electrode and tip. 55 amps @ 132 ipm.
The tip lasted for 250 starts before I had to replace it. Still kept the electrode (nothing wrong with it). On the 26th part I notice the holes out of round so I had to change the tip.
The tip looked good to referb so I held on to it.
Anyone care to share there cutting information please do. :)
