Hey everyone,

stumbled accross this add today for a Lincoln Handy Core 100 Mig welder. It says flux core only, not sure if you can buy a gas conversion kit or not.

Anyways he wants 150.00 for it, sounds like a good deal

Heres the link, its located in my hometown.

If you want to drive to Mtl, I'll sell you mine for $100, and I'll toss in a solenoid and even a regulator. Chassis-wise, it shares much with the Handy mig 101, but it lacks the 'easy' conversion options. You'd have to undo the gun leads and swap them, and pass a tube for gas to the nozzle. That said, the gun is a Tweeco and will readily accept gas conversion, unlike most flux core machines, and there's plenty of room inside for mounting the solenoid. I bought it with the intention of converting it, but never got around to it.

Be aware of one thing, tho. This machine IS NOT a Lincoln. It's an italian machine 'made for' Lincoln and support is not forthcoming. Canadian tire was the only place it was sold.
