I've made several of these things but I'm looking to refine a few things and get suggestions on bending some of this rebar.

I don't know if either of these will post a picture.

That looks awesome....as for bending the re-bar...I know you don't want them to all look the same , but can you build a few different dies / forms to make 4 / 5 different bends them place them at different locations....you could use some 1/2" plate or some pipe....heck even wood could be used

THAT is fantastic - I'd love to see some side/back pics.

That's pretty cool. How much time do you have into it?

FYI, if you copy the text labeled "IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards" in photobucket, and paste it into the text you're typing ... it will show up as a picture.

I have about 5-6 hours in doing one. The faces take the most time trying to bend the eye sockets and the lower jaws. I have a couple jigs for the antlers and they go pretty quick. I tried to respond to the first two posts but I can't figure ou how to do it to a particular post. Thanks for the comments.

Great work. What is the big part of the antlers? How are you sharpening the tips of the antlers. I have had to point a few pieces of barstock for fire pokers and the like and I haven't found a quick way to do it yet.

Those are sweet-

Why not make a jig for the Eyes?

I imagine yer wanting to sell these- Nice Logo-

perhaps investing in a propane small forge will make the bending process a little quicker.

You can either buy one or make one-

All of the rebar coming together is the big part (if I'm understanding your question right), and the bases just above the skull plate have welding slag to immitate the rough part of a real set of antlers. The tips are just ground with a high speed 6 inch angle grinder (air with 40 grit). They are finished with another 3 inch angle grinder and a hard 3m scotchbrite disc.
