WTB Flathead V-8 Powered Welder/Generator

Does anyone know of a Ford Flathead V-8 powered welder/generator? I was told Hobart used them to power their welders. Looking to restore/use as I'm partial to the Flathead V-8 power units. Thanks for any leeds.

I love flatheads, and also would do a flathead '32 with a59AB...just for old times sake. Still love the way they sound through a set of Smitty's.:)

Seen one many years ago that was a build your own with a Hobart generator. For some years Hobart had a how to build a portable booklet using there welding generator. I happen to have two of the old how to booklets.
