Century Welder need Help

I have a Century welder. It is a Powr Mate 70. I have been trying it out and need some troublshooting. When I turn it on, The fan starts running but ever couple seconds it sounds like the power surges or pulses. It will be running and then all of a sudden it sounds like some of the power drops out as the fan and a buzzing sound seems drowned out with a lower sound buzz and then it switches and runs back to normal and within 2 seconds it sounds like the power drops down again and it repeats. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Help please. It is a Made in the USA model.

I had a century welder once....They make good boat anchors.... I'm sure someone here will help u with your Dilemma.

Check your circuit board. Looks for hot spots on it.
