Thermal Arc LM-300

I came across one have most everything but a foot pedal for TIG. Also have a Hefty CC/CV. I don't weld but am looking to trade it for getting my smoker built or sell it. What's it worth and I have done some research so I'm not completely in the dark. Here's some pics.
