HEy guys - Ok well its been a wile since I last posted, and well this isn't exactly a miller only site..........but I thought I would post to you guys any way since there are a ton of intellectual guys in here and I like the answers I always get from you all!

Just landed a maxstar 200DX , Really happy.
So here comes the question.

On ebay there are smoking deals on the WP20-25 water cooled torches, one of which I am going to buy shortly here.........I am not familiar with the maxstar 200DX my self and don't have the machine my hands just yet. So if I buy a torch like this
http://cgi.ebay.com/WP20-25R-TIG-TORCH-READY-TO-WELD-WATER-COOLED-250AMP_W0QQitemZ320188661440QQihZ011QQcategoryZ670 62QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
What else is needed to attach it to the machine?
I am not new to MIG and such - but TIG is a completely new game to me, completely!

On the miller website I see options like this
"ADAPTER, TORCH-INTNL STYLE WATER(#18, 20) 195377 "
Which I have no clue how or what it does or if I even need it.

SO BASICALLY if you guys are all with me here LOL.
I want to know what it will take to strap that torch I linked you all to above - To my new maxstar. And what the heck are all those extra accessories on the miller site - Do I need them or not and what they do or how the heck they function!

Thanks every one for the input. And sorry for the confusing thread!
Appreciate it

Well I basically asnwered my own question on the remote amperage control / on off switch.

http://www.millerwelds.com/om/o154299f_mil.pdf

Can some one please tell me what type of variable resistor or potentiometer they use? No real values - Any one have any ideas?
If I can get a solid answer and on the value I can go head and order one and retrofit my own remote / amperage control!

How about those 14 pin plugs - Any ideas about that online maybe?!

Thanks again guys
