Hey 22Car,
Hobart has a Owners Manual Section that has CyberTig machines listed which will tell you how to move or install jumpers to convert to 230.
Try this link,

Hope it helps

Hello 22 car. Any luck on your wiring job? If you have not found any info yet I can pop the cover on one of mine and and get you going. I wire up so much stuff in a week I can't remember all of it (might be getting old). Awesome welders, built like a tank. I have two in service, Great ***** O Fire and Joltin Jenny. (nose art) Anyway, good luck.
