Continue to get porosity i have changed regulator, wire, & gas this is the second time i have had this happen the first i contacted hobart they sent me a new leed why would the leed go bad again has not been used very much do to problem

Sounds like a gas leak...with the machine on, turn the gas off at the tank, and see how fast the needle goes to zero....if it's fast, then check EVERY connection along the gas route with bubble soap.
One common place for a leak is where the torch cable plugs into the drive roll assembly....back out the retaining screw all the way and make sure the cable is all the way on...also could be a damaged "O" ring right there. Sometimes, if the gas is leaking too fast, bubble soap won't show it...it blows too much to form a bubble.
