Made a smaller version last fall and had some .25 plate lying around so I decided to start cutting.....
There is actually a lot of layout in making these. The plate I was using only had two factory edges so measurements were a pain but thats half the fun:rolleyes:
After checking my measurements about a dozen times I fired up the O/A torch and started cutting free hand. Could have used the Plasma cutter but I prefer the cut marks of the O/A leaves.
Followed up the cutting with flap wheeling all of the cuts then I mounted it on its base last night and did another round with the flap wheel and when I got it home it got a nice oil bath.
