Anybody know where to get plans for a chopper frame? What about frames/frame plans for a sport-bike/rice-rocket?

One of the coolest I've come across, and would work for Rice Rockets, as well. No frame per say, but is a stressed skin, using the aluminium "plates" as the primary structural component :)

...and if you want to be the only guy in town with a 24 cylinder bike...notice that they used the two parallel flat plate method as well, this time its inboard with short struts between the plates.

Holy Shiite Muslim, Batman!!! Whatta ride!
When these guys bend their own pipes, are they using bending machines or are they cutting/welding short pieces of stainless?

That gent is with HONDA USA, so he probably has a hydro bender, and its all bent by a computer program. They could be bent and pieced, though, I've seen a lot of "Bundle of Snakes" headers on race cars that were done a section at a time. I did a modified pipe on a Bultaco back 40 years ago that tucked it into the frame and out by the seat (didn't run worth a XXXX), and we did that a section at a time. This is a series of exhaust pipes of decreasing sizes I did for one of my art pieces...
