I need a converter box on my Lincoln SA200 F163 for the DC receptacle on the welder. I want to convert the 110DC to 110 AC so that I can run other electrical equipment from the welder. I was told a "Converter Box" is available. I would appreciate any help - many thanks,

Pollock

Go to Sam's club, B.J.'s, or Northern.
Get a good sized inverter.
I put two 700 watt inverters on my pipeliner a few years back for the 'fancy' equipment that needs ac voltage.
Use the dc for grinders and saws.

Yup, thats what I would do but more than likely would hook it to the truck which has a better alternator if I needed to run tools. I have also seen them with the alt replaced with a 120V gen head and use a battery charger for the unit. Obviously for small stuff this is great, bigger you need to get a different machine.
