Tandem Bike........

Here is one of my projects I've done. It's a tandem bike frame made of .035 4130 chromoly tubing. This was the prototype, all future ones are slated to be aluminum.

The jig is made of mic-6, as are the V-blocks that hold the tubing in place. Most all of the joints were hand fitted with a file. Lots of hours on this project.

Here is another picture of the tandem. The chainstays have since been welded on and it is now waiting to be painted.
