1. I think some of you did'nt understand what i was saying. I just meant that when you think of Black& Decker or Dewalt you think american..I know that ANY and EVERY company has to produce multiple product lines to fit every persons budget..Example.. I am in the paint& body trade for 18 yrs. the same shop for 15yrs.. I have 2 completely different sets of tools at work than i do at home . Snap-On, Mac,Sata at work Crapsman, china at home..I have over 3000.00 in spray guns. My first air tool was a 3/8 air drill. Michigan industrial,made in china.I paid 19.99 in 1989 for it i beat the **** out of it, it just died this year.
2 We all have our opions about everything and anything it doesn't mean that one person is right. Example.. there have been numerous threads concerning 110v mig welders . most everyone says to upgrade to 220v. i disagree we need to ask what the applications will be and then make an educated opion based on the information.. I bought a Lincoln pro mig 135 at Lowes. I have done many side jobs with it that it has paid for itself 5x over.. Next year when our house is finished I WILL have all blue in my shop...
