The Discovery Series™ provides a standard viewing area lens, dual arc sensors for reliable arc detection, as well as grind mode to shield the welder while preparing to weld surfaces. The external shade control enables the welder to adjust lens darkness from shade #9 to #13 for a wide range of MIG, Stick and limited TIG applications. The Discovery Series is the perfect choice for the occasional welder, hobbyist, or person who is discovering welding for the first time.

The Impact Series™ provides a larger viewing area lens, three arc sensors for more effective arc detection, as well as both weld and grind mode to improve productivity at every phase of fabrication. A wider range of shade settings from #8 to #13 provides the welder with greater flexibility in low-light situations on MIG, Stick and TIG applications. The Impact Series proves that you're serious about welding and fabricating, with professional features you will appreciate.

The PRO Series is our premium line, providing the largest viewing area for superior visibility while welding and four arc sensors to deliver the most reliable arc detection during out-of-position welding. Expanded shade settings from #8 to #13 combined with our fastest switching speed provide superior flexibility for all MIG, Stick and low-amperage TIG applications.

The Hobart passive welding helmet line offers an inexpensive helmet choice for the occasional welder. Each helmet comes with a #10 shade lens but varying replacement shade options are available.
